Working with Shawn was a great experience. He was organized and professional from start to finish. If we ever had any questions he was always available to answer them. All the contractors that he hired to work our job were well qualified and respectful. We love our new space and would hire him again.

We decided to finish our basement living room and bathroom in the midst of the pandemic and bringing home a newborn baby. Having not gone through any sort of major home project before, we were not sure where to even start. From the very beginning, Shawn made the process smoother than we could have imagined. Each step along the way was clearly communicated to us--including easy to understand pricing breakdowns, recommendations for colors and finishes and updates on the overall project timelines. Not to mention, each contractor chosen for our project was a delight to work with and all of our deadlines were consistently hit. We'd love to bring Shawn back for our next home renovation and would recommend him to anyone looking to start a project of their own.

Working with Shawn made the whole process of building a custom home simple due to his organization and planning skills. Not only was it simple, but when something went wrong he was on the ball and addressed my concerns. He brings to the table years of industry knowledge making sure that you aren’t getting taken advantage of while providing a high quality product. If I ever needed a recommendation he had a couple of people for me who could answer questions or solve my problem. He is also a very good communicator and kept me updated all along the way.
